Audio works perfectly on all other xbox apps and games - the issue is specific to the BBC iPlayer app. When I play an iplayer stream the I get audio for a split second then doesn't work. Dec 10, 2019 · Have tried all the suggested fixes on the samsung website forum - delete and reinstall smart hub, switch it off for 10 mins and hold the power switch for 60 secs etc, factory reset etc. Absolutely nothing works. Been on hold top samsung customer support for 30+ mins. Gave up.
