Keeps shutting down on opening I have opened the RTE player so many times today and it collapses and shuts down immediately. I have tried to login but it shuts down and Zion have tried deleting the app several times and downloading from the App Store again but I still can’t watch it, some times it opens onto the live feed with no sound and when zi touch the picture sound comes on then it
