Internet Service Provider (ISP) block port 6667 due to "safety reasons". Port 6667 TCP used by Internet Relay Chat (IRC). Red Alert 3 use this port for chatting in game. Every test done has lead ProtonVPN to believe my ISP is blocking the connection to Proton VPN. One of the reasons they have come to this conclusion is because I can access another VPN service (Express VPN), connect to their VPN and actually go on ProtonVPN's app, log in and connect to their VPN that way.
